FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q - When can I expect delivery of my TICKETS/PACKAGE?
A - If you have purchased event tickets, you can expect them virtually anytime before the event. We have been working in the entertainment and travel industry since 1969, and during this time we have experienced early ticket delivery and late delivery. Since the tickets come directly from the event's promoter, we have to be patient. Tickets will be either sent by a priority courier to an address specified by you, or an OTX staff member / affiliate will arrange personal delivery on the day of the event. Just relax. Almost 40 years of experience is working for you!

Q - HOW DO YOU GET SUCH EXCELLENT SEATS FOR SO MANY EVENTS?
A - We always get this question, and it is a pleasure to answer. Having long-term relationships with promoters and ticket affiliates around the world, we have access to the best seats for the hottest events on earth!

Q - I DIDN'T WIN THE AUCTION, BUT I STILL WANT TO GO TO THE EVENT!
