Should a scheduled event be cancelled, postponed or otherwise altered in any way or for any reason, Tour Operator shall issue refunds, discounts or other compensation only as expressly provided by the event organizers. If a "rain check" must be issued, Tour Operator reserves the right to pass any surcharge or other costs on to any voucher holders for tha event. This voucher is nontransferable without written permission from Tour Operator. Tour Operator reserves the right to levy a cancellation charge should a situation arise which, in it's sole discretion, warrants such a charge. Tour details sometimes change. Patron is solely responsible to reconfirm departure information within 48 hours prior to tour date. Specific seat locations are not guaranteed unless specified by Tour Operator in writing.

Your authorization to use your credit card number for payment indicates your compliance with our terms conditions whether or not you have actually signed the credit card draft. All travel package sales are final, they are non-changeable and non-refundable.
