- most otx packages are subject to a $7.50 (local funds) service & handling fee
- once your credit card or account is charged, otx packages are completely non-refundable and non-transferable in any way, and no cancellations are allowed at any time
- please be sure to familiarize yourself with all otx terms & conditions and policies before purchasing
- customers purchasing with Pay pal will receive an official pay pal invoice for their purchase
- you will receive an e-mailed order confirmation within 48 hours of your purchase
- you will receive an e-voucher within 14 days of your event
- worldwide regular surface mail will be charged a flat rate of $6.00 (u.s. currency) for shipping
- clients requesting Federal Express delivery will be charged an average of $25.00 (local currency) for delivery in Canada or $40.00 in the United States. This price can fluctuate. please contact an otx reservation agent for an exact quote if necessary.
- clients requsting courier shipping to foreign destinations will be contacted by otx with a quote before your purchase is completed.
